Work Group Display Criteria  


1) After you have set-up your Work Groups, you may begin filtering your Caseload Manager information to show certain Work Groups.  

Go to the Display pull-down menu at the middle-top of your Caseload Manager home screen and select the Work Group that you would like to view.

2) After selecting your desired Work Group, your Caseload Manager only displays the Cases, Activities, and Calendar items that you are associated to within that affiliated Work Group.  This is available to "Full Access" Staff only.

Only the Work Group "Supervisor" has complete access to ALL the cases associated within that affiliated Work Group, regardless of involvement in the case.  This is available to "All Access" Staff also.
